For example, tabloids are known to sensationalize even the most mundane aspects of a celebrity's existence, thereby creating a narrative that places them on a pedestal.
Moreover, the privileges accorded to celebrities—such as preferential treatment in various sectors like hospitality and law enforcement—are starkly absent for the average person. This disparity can, however, engender a sense of isolation for the celebrities themselves, as the constant public gaze often diminishes their sense of privacy and personal agency. Ultimately, while the adulation of celebrities may seem benign, it also underscores a societal tendency to idolize wealth and fame, often at the cost of recognizing their humanity.
