Additionally, prolonged exposure to screens is associated with health issues such as eye strain, disrupted sleep patterns, and a more sedentary lifestyle. Lastly, there exists a considerable risk of data breaches and privacy violations, given the vast amount of personal information stored on electronic devices. In essence, while technology undoubtedly enriches our lives, an overreliance on it can precipitate significant psychological, social, and health-related repercussions.
