Sample Answer

In today's fast-paced world, it is arguable that people experience elevated levels of stress compared to previous generations. This phenomenon can be attributed to various factors, primarily the relentless pace of modern life driven by technological advancement. People are bombarded with information and expectations, often leading to a state of perpetual connectivity, which hinders their ability to detach and rejuvenate. Moreover, economic pressures and the competitive job market further exacerbate this tension, as individuals strive to stay relevant and secure their livelihoods. Contrastingly, earlier generations faced their own stressors, albeit different in nature, such as war or economic scarcity. However, the omnipresence of social media adds a unique dimension to contemporary stress, as individuals frequently compare themselves to curated ideals, leading to feelings of inadequacy. Thus, while stress has always been inherent in human existence, its manifestations and sources have markedly evolved.
