This stunning Zen temple, covered in gold leaf, was breathtaking and created a serene atmosphere that I found captivating. I spent hours wandering through the surrounding gardens and taking countless photographs, eager to capture the beauty of this historical site. In the evenings, I attended a traditional tea ceremony, which offered me a unique insight into Japanese culture and hospitality. I remember this journey well because it was not only my first time experiencing a new country but also deepened my appreciation for different cultures and histories.
