At that age, everything felt like an adventure. The thrill of searching for ripe strawberries and blueberries, hidden amidst the foliage, filled me with excitement. We laughed, shared stories, and I vividly remember how my grandfather would playfully compete with me to see who could pick the most berries. At the end of the day, with our baskets full and our faces smeared with berry juice, we returned home to make a delicious pie together.
This memory brings me happiness because it encapsulates the simple joys of childhood, such as spending time with loved ones, exploring nature, and creating lasting bonds.
