Sample Answer

In my country, the reading habits of individuals vary considerably, influenced largely by factors such as accessibility to literature and educational background. While there is a segment of the population that avidly consumes books, newspapers, and online articles, a significant number gravitate more towards visual forms of entertainment, such as television and social media. This disparity can be attributed to the rapid advancement of technology, which has made information readily available at our fingertips, often overshadowing the more contemplative act of reading. Furthermore, a busy lifestyle can limit the time many can dedicate to reading, consequently impacting overall literacy rates. However, I believe that fostering a culture of reading is essential, as it nurtures critical thinking and empathy, qualities which are increasingly vital in today's fast-paced, interconnected world.
