The demands of both professional responsibilities and academic pressures are often so overwhelming that quality time for personal interests or family often takes a back seat.
On the other hand, there is a growing awareness regarding the importance of work-life balance, prompting some organizations to adopt more flexible working arrangements. Consequently, while a segment of the population struggles to carve out free time, others are championing the need for leisure as integral to well-being. Thus, the landscape of free time in my country remains a dichotomy, reflecting broader societal shifts and challenges.
