Sample Answer
I find myself gravitating towards happy films, primarily because they offer a sense of escapism that is both refreshing and uplifting. When one immerses themselves in narratives that celebrate joy, love, and triumph, it often results in a cathartic experience that rejuvenates the spirit. However, I must acknowledge that sad films hold their own intrinsic value; they challenge the viewer to confront deeper emotions and societal issues, often fostering empathy and understanding. While the melancholy of such films can be profoundly affecting, I personally prefer the optimistic endings and uplifting messages found in happier narratives. In essence, it’s the balance between light and darkness that enriches our cinematic experience, yet for my own viewing pleasure, happy films tend to resonate more with my worldview.
