Moreover, past experiences where change has led to unfavorable outcomes can create a reluctance to embrace new possibilities. In essence, while change is an inevitable aspect of life, the amalgamation of psychological comfort, fear of the unknown, and societal expectations often catalyzes resistance among individuals.
