Sample Answer
Initiating conversations with strangers is not an everyday occurrence for me, but it certainly has its merits. While some might argue that social anxiety inhibits many from reaching out, I believe that engaging with unfamiliar individuals fosters a sense of community and expands one’s horizons. For instance, when I find myself in social gatherings or public venues, I make a conscious effort to strike up a dialogue, often about shared experiences or current events. This not only helps to dispel any initial awkwardness but also enriches my perspective by exposing me to diverse viewpoints. Moreover, in an increasingly digital world, where interactions are often superficial and fleeting, genuine conversations with strangers can reignite a sense of humanity and connectivity that is essential for our social fabric.
