While it is a common perspective that technological advancement stifles human creativity, I would argue that it serves as a double-edged sword. On one hand, the proliferation of tools, such as artificial intelligence and digital design software, can create an environment of passive consumption rather than active creation, potentially leading to a decline in original thought. However, on the other hand, technology enhances our creative capabilities, providing us with unprecedented resources for innovation and expression. For instance, digital art platforms enable artists to experiment with mediums that were previously inaccessible. Moreover, technology fosters collaboration across various fields, allowing diverse ideas to converge and spark new forms of creativity. Therefore, rather than viewing technology solely as a threat to creativity, we should recognize its potential to augment and transform the creative process into something richer and more exciting.
