Sample Answer

While it is evident that digital books are gaining popularity due to their accessibility and convenience, I do not believe they will entirely supplant paper books in the foreseeable future. One of the primary reasons for this is the tactile experience that physical books provide; the sensation of turning pages and the aroma of ink on paper evoke a sense of nostalgia and tangible connection that digital media cannot replicate. Furthermore, studies have indicated that people often retain information better when reading from paper as opposed to screens, suggesting that the medium can influence comprehension and retention. Additionally, for many, the act of reading is intertwined with relaxation and escapism, which is often best enjoyed in a traditional format. Hence, rather than a complete replacement, I foresee a co-existence of both formats, allowing readers to choose according to their preferences and the context.
