Sample Answer
I would say that I read books quite frequently, particularly when life allows me a semblance of leisure. On average, I manage to read at least one book per month. My preference leans towards fiction, as it permits me to escape into different realities and explore the intricacies of human emotions and relationships. However, I also find immense value in non-fiction, which broadens my understanding of diverse subjects such as psychology or history. Interestingly, the digital age has transformed my reading habits; while I once preferred physical books, I now often engage with e-books and audiobooks, making reading more accessible, especially during my daily commute. Ultimately, reading enriches my cognitive abilities and provides a vital counterbalance to the incessant stimuli of modern life.
