Sample Answer
While both reading books and watching movies offer unique experiences, I find myself gravitating toward reading. This preference stems from the immersive nature of literature, which encourages a deep engagement with the text and fosters imagination. Books allow readers to explore characters' inner thoughts, emotions, and nuanced plots in ways that films often condense for time constraints. Additionally, reading cultivates critical thinking and analytical skills as one interprets themes and subtext. Movies, on the other hand, provide a visual spectacle and effortless consumption of stories, which is undoubtedly appealing for relaxation. However, I believe that the profound emotional resonance and intellectual stimulation offered by books foster a more enriching experience, making them my preferred medium for storytelling.
