Sample Answer
In my opinion, technology serves as a double-edged sword when it comes to managing a hectic lifestyle. On one hand, advancements such as smartphones and productivity apps facilitate efficient time management, enabling individuals to juggle multiple responsibilities more effectively. For instance, calendar applications can remind us of appointments, while task lists prioritize our daily obligations, thereby reducing the mental clutter often associated with a busy life.
Conversely, the same technologies that streamline our lives can also impose additional pressures. The expectation to remain perpetually connected can lead to an overwhelming sense of obligation to respond instantly to messages and notifications. This relentless connectivity can blur the boundary between work and personal life, contributing to stress and burnout. Thus, while technology offers tools for organization and efficiency, it also necessitates a certain level of self-regulation to mitigate its potentially adverse effects.
