Do you prefer long journeys or short ones? Why?

In my view, I find greater value in long journeys primarily due to the profound experiences they offer. Short trips, while often convenient, tend to lack the depth of exploration that longer excursions inherently provide. When embarking on extended travels, one not only encounters diverse cultures and landscapes but also has the opportunity to engage in meaningful reflections about one’s own life, fostering personal growth. Moreover, the essence of a journey is often encapsulated in the time spent traversing various locales, allowing for serendipitous discoveries that short trips simply cannot accommodate. That said, long journeys do require a degree of commitment and endurance, but the rewards—broadened perspectives and unforgettable memories—far outweigh the challenges. Therefore, I personally gravitate towards the enriching experience that long journeys afford.
