Sample Answer
One memorable experience I had while traveling by public transport was during a trip to Paris last summer. I took a train from London to the French capital, traveling on the Eurostar, which is known for its speed and comfort.
The train journey was not only convenient but also quite scenic, as it went through the picturesque countryside of both England and France. During the ride, I took the opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful views through the large windows. To make the most of my time, I also listened to music and read a book that I had been meaning to finish. This allowed me to unwind and get into the holiday spirit even before I arrived in Paris.
What I particularly liked about this experience was the ease of traveling by Eurostar; it was straightforward, with no long security lines like at airports. Additionally, the train was remarkably punctual, leaving and arriving on time, which I greatly appreciated. This journey was not just about the destination but also about the comfort and efficiency of travel. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this experience, as it set the tone for my entire trip, and I would definitely choose to travel by train again in the future.
