In previous decades, life's demands were more circumscribed; individuals typically prioritized family and community interactions over work obligations. However, in our contemporary society, the lines between personal and professional lives have become increasingly blurred, exacerbated by the omnipresence of digital communication tools, which often perpetuate a culture of 'perpetual connectivity.' Moreover, the economic landscape has transformed, compelling individuals to juggle multiple roles and responsibilities to maintain financial stability. As a result, the average person finds themselves inundated with commitments, leading to a perpetual state of busyness that can engender both physical exhaustion and mental strain. Therefore, it is evident that our modern existence, characterized by its frenetic pace and heightened expectations, cultivates a distinctly busier lifestyle.
